You retain all rights to the content you upload to CapyDoc. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the content you upload.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use CapyDoc to share illegal content, malware, or content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights. You may not attempt to circumvent security measures or use the service to harm others.
5. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
CapyDoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
